Baja Road Report 10/20/04 Off Hwy 1

The road leading from 1 to Rancho Guayaquil, where it splits (20 miles) is fine. From the ranch to Punta Canoas is ok for about another 20 miles. The last 3 miles is deep with moon dust and we got stuck twice in a 2 wheel drive truck. Road from Rancho Guayaquil to Puerto Catarina (20 miles) is fine. - Clay (For neophytes, this region is located south of Hwy 1 between El Rosario and Catavina)
